ICO can contain several selected icon sizes in one file. The default is 32 px; the favicon preset includes 16, 32 and 48 px.
SVG is rasterized before the selected ICO sizes are created. The icon contains pixels rather than vectors; inspect small sizes for disappearing strokes.
