These terms govern your use of WebP Converter. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using the service.
Service and conversion results
WebP Converter provides free browser-based file conversion. Supported formats and limits are shown in the tool. Output quality, metadata, transparency, animation, and formatting may differ from the original depending on the format and settings. Check your results and keep original files.
Your responsibilities
Only process files you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the legality of your files and how you use the results. Do not use the service to infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, disrupt the site, or bypass its protections.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Conversion may fail because of file contents, browser support, memory, or format limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose.
Liability and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or loss of data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
File ownership and intellectual property
You retain rights to your source files and converted output. Selecting a file does not transfer ownership to us. The site’s software, branding, and content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and applicable open-source licenses.
Privacy, analytics, and advertising
File conversion takes place locally. Website usage data and cookies are addressed separately in our Privacy Policy, including Google services and personalized advertising choices. If ads are displayed, they are third-party content and do not imply our endorsement. Third-party destinations have their own terms and privacy policies. Accepting these terms does not by itself provide consent for cookies or personalized advertising.
Changes to the service and access
We may modify or discontinue features, or restrict access in response to misuse or operational needs. Files already downloaded remain under your control.

We will publish revised terms on this page with an updated date. Review the current terms before using the service; if you disagree with a revision, stop using it. Any notice required by applicable law will still apply.
